I think that the dizziness might be normal when you are not used to such relaxation. I remember feeling quite light-headed after my first few massages.

since I was only getting a back massage I got to keep my pants and undies on. They said if I wanted to keep my bra on I'd just have to undo it, but I figured might as well let the puppies free. They leave the room so you can get undressed and you get under a sheet and a blanket and then they come in only pull it down to where you are getting worked on.

Nope,no pain meds,they are much better this morning.
