so far...will keep you updated. Both pups are good weight active and nursing! Mom is great. So sweet of her to let me get a good nights rest before whelping!

For those who know Kelly Seibert from Kijiji...she is having a litter of Morkies as I write this also! Two of hers are born and good weight also.

Glad to hear. I get worried after a 2 hour gap, and 3 hours would have me talking to someone.

I had a caring person on another forum tell me to look up the term "puppy farmer" that we have been tossing around in a teasing manner since being called one the other day. I must say I thought it was a clever term the person was using to get to us...like saying you are a 'puppy mill' or 'back yard breeder.....I did not take it too seriously at the time. Since just looking the term up I realize now it was ment as a serious insult. I will not tease about that term again. The pictures were discusting and horrible.

Anyone interested can look up my web site and see the environment we have our seven dogs in. At this time we have one fertile adult girl who is the gal Lucy having the puppies today. This is our first litter, and probably only, litter of 2010.

The term I use is Hobby Breeder.

well mouse you should have known it wasn't going to be pretty it was said during a time of debate by someone who gets hurt by words .
guess that where I have the home team advantage being Biracial People have slung nasty rude comments my way all of my life it just dosen"t matter to me any more . I know who I am and are very comfortable in my body my soul is content .

Thanks everyone....Mom and six pups doing well this morning. Tiny fractions of weight loss, perfectly normal, in the babes. Everything going well. Will get pictures asap ....want the pups to nurse and sleep without alot of fuss this first day. Took them to weigh and Lucy watched my every move and licked my hand everytime I gave one back to her...so sweet!
