KC, my heart goes out to you. Why is it that those who mean the most to us must leave? I'm glad you have family close to you to share in the memories and celebrate your uncle's life.

Fleas, that's quite the young lady you are raising. Believe me, there is nothing you will accomplish in life more important and more satisfying than knowing your children are strong and happy.

Miss everyone here and find it sad to see so few posts now……I for one am guilty of neglecting this family, who has always been here to cheer me up and make me feel so welcome.

I know what you mean. We've all stopped posting as much. It's pretty obvious who our glue was. We all miss her and I'm sure she would be very upset to see this place so desolate. We all need to make an effort to post.
Sometimes I come here thinking I will find a post by her then I remember and it hurts all over again.

I agree with you Bullet! If Yorkie knew this place fizzled when she left us I think she would be sad about that. I am willing to make am effort to post more and attempt to bring a little life back here. It's great to see you Rottnmom and thank yiu for your kind words! Much appreciated!

My biggest problem, I don't want to quit.

In other news, girls got great tix for the WWE show in July, I'm hoping to get some good ones for Lewis Black. Angry funny is, well, funny.

Ooh, that is going to be hard if you don't want to quit. I only ever quit once and was a non-smoker for almost 3 years and started up again and I've really considered quitting once since then but I just couldn't do it. Sadly, I enjoy smoking and seeing as it is the only bad thing I do I am okay with that. LOL

Same problem for me KC. Half a day is all I could muster, lol.

Junior grading for her 9th and 10th kata's today. Last of the 10, then basically just endurance test to finish her black belt. I'm sooooo excited for her, she's pretty confident she will pass tonight. Sucky part? She doesn't do endurance until September and black belt presentation is in October.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, she passed all 10!!!! Can we skip summer so she can get her blackbelt?   

Congrats Junior but sorry there is no skipping summer, this winter was a hellish one and I want summer to come and never leave!!!

Congrats Jr. And no, we can't skip summer. I have softball to play.

Spring is finally showing it's lazy head…….and so are my buddies!!




On the downside, Moses has discovered deer 'candy' in the backyard.

We're so proud of junior, I may cry when she gets her black belt presented to her.    

If spring stays like this, summer is going to suck.  Wtf is wrong with our weather this year???
