That is a house, right close to the school and not far from where we are now. I fear change, so I'm trying to stay in the neighbourhood.
We have an appointment at the bank Thursday with a mortgage person, wish us luck!

LOL! Mortgage woman says she can set me up with a financial planner so we can buy in 5 years....ummm, we have to move in 2 months lady. Just a simple no would've been sufficient.

Looked at how much a $250k loan would be bi weekly for 10 years, $1424 every two weeks LOL. If there's a way, I'm gonna find it dammit.
