| No Wii posts YET ????? Today I had a little change. I did a 30 min work out with yoga and strength training first. No scores for those, as they were in a routine. Basic step 250 Advanced step 508 Hula 221 super hula 616 basic run 135% parade 462 R boxing 314 and added obstacle 494 On the obstacle course I made it to the end and got knocked off by the very last ball and chain Oh, and for the basic run it is true......... if you hold the remote in your hand you score less. I didn't have pockets, so I just held my arm with the remote in my hand on my hip as I ran. Giving the affect of it being in my pocket. I scored much higher that way !! 135 compared to yesterday's 80. So if you don't have pockets try that. Good luck today everyone. Btw, has been one week for me now, and I am down 3 pounds with no change in my diet. Although it is only 3 pounds, I do feel the difference in my clothing. | |

| My scores for today Half moon 89 torso twist 96 ( 6 reps ) Single leg ex 83 ( 10 reps ) basic step 225 advanced step 543 tree 84 Hula 252 Super hula 703 basic run 135 warrior 94 parade 483 R. Boxing ADVANCE 527 free step 1191 Obstacle ADVANCED 433 ( 5 X ) I took some of the yoga out because I thought they were kind of useless. Went to Advanced boxing, and screwed up big time, but still did it LOL. Then did the Advanced Obstacle ( which I am determined to beat ) did it 5X and posted my best score. All of the scores were over 300, and 3 were in the 400's. JJ kicks butt at that free step I'll catch her one day My work out was an hour an 11 mins. Good luck today I am the only one posting ??? Fine then be like that Pretty soon I will be posting a menu too :o | |

| They go by age, height etc... to determine what you should weigh. Tell your hubby.......... sorry but the Wii is right :lol: Mini go to "Free step" which is in the aerobics section. It is a 10 min step workout. It says the goal is 800 steps in 10 mins, but try to do as many as you can in the 10 mins. Don't RUN or your steps won't count.......... let us know how many you did. I did a 20 min free step and got 2900
I haven't written down my scores. But for the last week I have been working out with hubby in the evening.. time.. see I find better stuff now to do.. without reading kijiji.. | |

| K I have been practicing and I'm still a LOSER!!! I suck at the wii but I have been gooing at it for an hour everyday for the past 4 days and I'm sore!!! However its time for me to suck it up and put on my The best part of this is that I have not done any exercising in about 15 years so I am motivated and I guess that is a start and makes me a lil bit less loserish... | |
