| It's always nice to get back home to the woods though. Back to wide open spaces and trees. | |

Bought enough of them, which Will surround one of my flower beds for all the kids to take one home
As much work as this is becoming I am excited about it,we go Monday evening to pick up all the fireworks

| Thank heaven the young guy with me tonight is a real go getter and full of energy. I'll be able to draw some off him and he'll also volunteer to do a lot of the shut down that would normally be mine. He must drive his parents nuts he's so hyper, but gotta love working with him. See if you can pick him out in this shot..... | |

| I wish I had your nerve,my hair is below my shoulders and I felt brave when they took off 8",I did however decide that I was tired of having my hair coloured.Maybe not tired of it,but during the summer I can't seem to find a day when I feel I can go to the hairdressers
Now why do you suppose they call them hairdressers? never once did they dress my hair, nor come to think of it I never did either, well maybe once when I was little and put my underwear on my head, would that count?

| Our supervisor who is out sick right now sees the specialist today. She's hoping to be able to come back to work this week but we doubt she'll be allowed. She had an ultrasound done on the arteries in her neck Friday. One side they can hear the blood pumping through quite well.......the other side is almost silent. Does not sound good for her for right now.
Hopefully they'll be able to get her back up and running soon.......not just so we'll have her back, but because she and her hubby have had some really hard years and are finally getting their lives back. She'd been so happy and stress free and now she's worrying about where they're heading again.

Yes, any head attire is considered dressing up!! Hell I don't know what I'd do without my hats......wonderful for those daily bad hair days. I went for years with my hair skinned back into a bun. It was down to my waist but so fine that when it was in a bun I could cover the whole thing with one hand. Going buzzed really doesn't seem much different as I never saw my hair much anyway.......except when I roller over at night and it covered my face or got stuck under my back and felt like someone yanked a handful out of the back of my head.

| As for going red again I think I've gotten beyond that. It grows too damn fast, more so it seems when it's really short. A couple of weeks and those darn roots are popping up again. I've got four or five boxes of different shades in the closet and they've been collecting dust for more than a year. Just wish the grey would hurry up and complete the transformation. This mouse brown sprinkled with grey is just dull and pathetic. And it's not 'nerve'.........I'm just lazy and refuse to mess with it. No perms, no curling or straightening, no gels or mousse. If I can't hop out of the shower, run a towel over it and go it's not for me. Same for my clothes.....can't dress me up and take me anywhere. | |
