I'm trying to avoid the candies and sunflower seeds today. It's making it a bit tougher but I can't leave one vice for another. I'm sure I'll be fine.

So far so good. I even forgot to take the pill till almost 3pm today (normally take it at 8am).

Day 4 and other than a bit shaky, still doing ok. Taking my uncle out to the reserve today to show him how to get there since I won't be going anymore. My smoking sense will be tingling like crazy.
