What is your favourite easy peasy dinner?

What is the best thing to cook when you have limited time? I need some recipes to help me get back into cooking. I don't want to be spending all of my evenings in the kitchen and would like some suggestions. Thanks

I know this is late but that looks good. Were you able to make it and how did it turn out? I'm always looking for quick and easy recipes, just because I don't have a lot of time and patience to prepare something that takes some time.

I didn't make it because I was busy running ragged everyday but I've made some before and it is soo good. I love stroganoff and the best part are the leftovers...mmmm
