2 - tiered health care system

This topic came up on Kijiji when I posted a thread asking if it was against their policy to allow people to sell their breast milk on their site. Refer to my thread in the Family section for that.

Anyhoo, a member over there brought up that they were in favour of Canada having a 2 - tiered health care system. Not sure I agree with even 1% of that for a lot of reasons that I will explain later.

Question is are you in favour or not of Canada having a 2 - tiered health care system?

Not going to make this a poll because I want everyone to post and share their thoughts on this topic.
