My kittens

I feed the feral cats....slowly they have been spaded...but not quick enough. I know have an organization that is helping me.

I found 7 kittens in an abandoned barn. I took them all home. Sadly one did not make it. I posted the story on kijiji.

A rescue came and took them after I had them about 3 weeks and I just found out today they all found forever homes. Woooooohoooooo.

Now I just have to catch the Momma as SOON as spring hits, before she has another litter.

The kittens would be about 10 weeks or a little more. The momma visits me every day for kibble. So far so good, she hasn't been getting round. I was told cats don't normally get pregnant in the winter if they are wild. Is that not true?

Daddy accompanies her on my patio.

I don't think he is doing very well. I am doubtful he will make it till next spring. It took him 5 year to even be in eye site of a human. And this fall when he realized I was a good provider he started curling up on my out door chair and now lets me talk to him and pet him.

It just reaffirms my opinion that humans are assholes.

try and see if you can get him in to get fix won't solve the issue of her getting knocked up but might slow her down abit if she has to go looking for a new man 8)

We had one big ass male stray at our old place who used to follow cricket to the feeding bowl who wouldn't come anywhere near the porch if he knew someone was even looking out one of the windows and if you stepped on the porch
he'd run and hide under the one tree and growl like crazy waiting for the chance to be able to run into the field without
you seeing him from the few glances I did get of him he looked like an older cat that must have been wild for years.
Hiss was so scared of him he'd climb onto the roof to hide :lol:

Sounds like this cat. We call him big daddy. None of the other ferals, but momma cat will go near him.

I'm hoping I can get her fixed before she has another litter. Cross your fingers.
