Haven't found any solution other than to switch browsers. One person said it works fine in google chrome, but not IE.

Do you know about ctrl - alt-delete? pushed all at once and you can force close windows

In response to my thread at the admin forum, they suggest firefox for your browser to fix the pm problem. That's all I've gotten from them so far.

Maybe a setting is different on the laptop? Is it the same version of IE on the laptop as on the desktop?
