I have 2 chicks.
Do I feed them regular feed or the antibiotic food?
They are Frizzle chickens if that helps.
I have read SO much but still have no clear answer.

Feed them the antiboitic food. Chicks are very hard to keep. ( just to warn you)

Give you example you get 25- Guarantee at least 4-5 will parish.

They have to be kept warm. They are suseptable ( can not spell ) to so much. So go with the antibotic food to be on the safe side. When I had chickens I did that. I know my neighbor and his fancy CHickens( don't know their names.. LMAO) does this as well.

But I am no expert.. LMAO

Baby chicks should be fed medicated food the first 8wks this is to treat coccidisosis if left untreated the droppings can infect all your other animals .

The chicks should have a heat sourse that is 95 degrees at the source and be able to move away to a cooler part if they get to hot . If every time you check the chicks they are all ways under the heat source than it is to cold if they are all ways away from the heat source then its to hot .
Lower the temp 5 degrees every week until they are completely feathered .

Make sure they all ways have water if you don't have a chick waterier use a dish and put rocks or marbles in it to keep them from getting in the dish and drowning or just getting stuck where they can't get out .

They grow faster if you leave a light on all the time .
