Not happy!

Hey all!...It's been awhile & I have news...If you remember correctly we had 3 baby chicks awhile back & they disappeared from our chicken house...We think rats might have gotten them...Well, I didn't want anymore baby chicks because this broke my heart...DH & the children decided not to tell me we had a hen sitting on more eggs (I am pretty much house bound & don't take care of the chickens) & they have hatched...So, I found out when (this time) they brought the hen & babies to the house so they are safe...Regardless I am not a happy camper as they went behind my back...Hopefully these chicks will grow up healthy in the house so I don't have to kill anyone in my family!!!
I will post pics soon...Mama is still sitting on the chicks.

Welcome Back Chelle!!! I hope the chicks will do fine and please don't be too mad with your family as I am sure they wanted to surprise you after your broken heart. Please share the chicks with us when Momma decides to get off of them.

My family might get to live because the chicks are awfully cute!

well that is good news. I personally think it was kinda sweet of them to surprise you!!!

4 chicks & one egg she is still sitting on...We brought them all to the house & I will keep them here until they can fend for themselves better so hopefully they will be o.k.!
