| Well tell it you're private too! Can you tell I'm flustered with all the bs going on? Bought my mom a chair for her retirement, was 300+.....she liked the other one we saw better, was 400+....we switched it out. Went in to pay it off today (we had paid 115 up to now), they said 130 bux LOL. Then, they say we owe over 300 on the chair we didn't buy. I fucking give up. | |

| It wasn't a 10 year mortgage, it was a 10 year loan. Think we will just rent for 5 more years and save up a good chunk for a house later. | |

| It's all about the interest rate too high with a loan. Do they still offer first time buyers a 5% down payment, I wonder? |

| Good Morning everyone. I woke up with a headache. I think it's because I have to work tomorrow. It's like a stress headache or something. Boss has been nasty again the last while. My friend say's she isn't being nasty, she is just being herself. I've never met anyone like this woman before. Maybe my friend is right, I don't think she knows how she is behaving. It's just her being herself.
What's everyone up to this weekend?

They did ten years ago in N.S Not sure about where fleas lives. There were a few programs here for first time buyers when we bought our house. (ten years ago though)

| There are all kinds of programs out here, but we need to bank about 15k over the next few years so the downpayment becomes a non issue. Both cars will be paid off then as well, so sounds like a good plan to me. | |

| I needed a thousand dollars and a co-signer. I suppose the co-signer was what made it happen. It's all a blur now. It was a hellish event. | |

| Also, fleas try and look at cheaper houses, may have to go out of your preferred area though. Less money for down payment too. |

| Thanks! Looking at it as a fresh start, instead of being kicked out. Sucks to have to move, but in the long run it may be the best thing for us. | |

| Just under 3 months, so close enough for me. When we moved in here we started looking about 3 days before we moved in. Finding a place shouldn't be too much of an issue, there are tons of empties around here. | |
