Got a dog?? Take care of it!!

Why do people let their dogs bark like mad?
Drives me crazy.

Ugh, I know all about this. My spoiled neighbour loves to let her dogs out back on Saturday and Sunday mornings at about 7 till 10 and they bark non-stop. These are the only days that I get to sleep in and you would think she would be a bit more considerate considering she is a stay at home mom and I work all week and her dogs are NEVER out back on weekday mornings. UGH...and the bitch has the nerve to tell my dogs to shut up when they yack which doesn't happen very often because we don't allow them to stay out if they are being loud.

Zeus is really good unless the neighbours cat is in my yard

Neighbours have a deaf cat,he comes over here jumps in my fenced in yard and thinks Zeus is playing because he can't hear the dog bark,it is almost funny. Thankfully my dog doesn't really want to hurt the cat and sometimes I will look out and Tigger is under the yard swing and Zeus is on the swing both of them asleep

I couldn't agree more, it drives me crazy too!! The other day Panzer and I were outside and I heard a weird squeek like noise. I realized it was the dog across the street. They left him outside and he was running arouind whining and trying to climb/dig through the fence. He is obviously not an outdoors dog. Why they left him out I don't know....

I hear ya. I have a neighbour who has a golden retriever that in the summer barks excessively all day. You can't even go outsie and enjoy your yard and the nice weather because the excessive barking grates at your last nerve. I feel bad for the dog because I know the barking is due to being bored and no one spending time with him.

I have several neighbors whose dogs will not shut up. What I like is that even though they won't shut up Tank doesn't get involved... The only time he barks is when a dog is on the other side of the fence (I back onto a park) OR if a creature has invaded his space (squirrel, skunk, stray cat).

This makes me so happy I have no neighbors close with excessively barky dogs. There are a few we hear if the wind is just right. My dogs tend to bark at the coyotes when they get going yip yip but that's about it.

Chewy barks at everything these days I dont let her she just doesnt stop until shes done even got a shock collar hoping that would work but nope she stops when she decides shes done im sure my neighbour hates hearing both her barking and me yelling "stfu chewy" but meh

So get a bullhorn , when they wake you lean out the window and say "will you P L E A S E shut your F+++en dogs up ______ (her name) before I call bylaw enforcement on you"

Our neighbors terrier barks all day long. We simply ignore him.

We've moved and there are not many dogs on our street so saturday mornings are nice and peaceful now.
