HyperKewl looks kewl

I don't mean our Kewl is hyper-lol

I saw one of these down at the kennel that a person had for their dog.
It really stayed cool for hours and the dog seemed really comfortable.

I want to get one for Keyper.
I'm just wondering if they chew it, can it hurt them?
Anybody have any experience with them?

Jersey I imagine they'd be filled with the same gel that is used in our own freezer/hot packs. Surely they are made with the possible chew factor involved, but it's not something I would leave unsupervised. There may be enough of a covering that a dog couldn't access the filling without a bit of work first.

A good friend of mine has a cooling collar for one of her english bulldogs. She takes it to the odd show she enters him in, but also uses it at home on days like we just suffered through. She swears by it and it's impossible for him to get at.

I bet they'd enjoy having the pad to lay on .......... I would have loved one myself this weekend.

Scrap all that, just read the description (should have done that first, duh!).........apparently the one you linked to doesn't use any 'filling'...........definitely worth looking into.

I found a product that I use a lot and I really like it. It's like a dog shamwow on one side a absorbent towel and the other side has a different texture and serves as a cooling mat. It's called a N Go, they were cheap too at 8 bucks each.
