I think you need to lay out some ground rules for her Jersey,for my part I would find that quite necessary to email you about work

Is she being directed to email you personally by your boss or is she just doing this on her own? I couldn't tell my co-workers to not email me on my work account but I sure as heck could ask them to refrain from using my personal email. If email if a part of your job then I would be telling them that you will need a business email and will be checking it on work time only.
