| For the first time in a few years we have decided not to do the halloween party thing for the town I live in.
I was hoping someone else this year someone else would pick up the slack and do somethng, but it didn't happen

| Don't feel guilty yorkie, you do a lot for your community. Why didn't you do a Halloween party this year though? I know how much you like Halloween.

| For our neighbourhood Canada Day fireworks and things, they take donations in the park for next years. Maybe you could do that when you throw the parties so it cuts the cost down for whoever does it. Might have more people interested if it's cheaper. | |

| the neighbours and I and that is just the back ally neighbours have paid for all of it out of pocket,4th of july, halloween, and the big stuff that goes up for the town on christmas
Last year the previous council and mayor decided to auction off the towns christmas ornaments that go on the light poles down main. I bought them all back and then the neighbour and I stripped them down redid them, reshaped them and had the power company hang them for us

| All this talk about Halloween and I realized I didn't have a pumpkin. I went to the Farmers Market in my Jammies. You'd think people have never seen a lady in pink frog jams before. Met a nice lady named Rachael, we picked out pumpkins in the dark together. She said she'd meet me there next year to pick out pumpkins and she'll wear her PJ's too. | |
