I didn't get a chance to see it on tv, but read about it in the online news sites during my work breaks. It is very sad. I'm starting to have mixed feelings about having any British, American, and Canadian diplomats and in Middle Eastern countries while things are in such unrest there. Is it worth them risking their lives over. The governments in those countries are supposed to ensure their country is giving adequate security to teh diplomats there and that doesn't seem to be the case. No one in Libya, with exception of the need to know, were supposed to know where the American diplomats were staying in Libya. IMO, someone inside leaked that information and put those 4 people's lives in danger. The person who leaked that information should also be held responsible. The Canadian government must have seen this coming, they had the Canadian diplomats in Iran come back home and told 18 Iranian diplomats that they have 5 days to pack up and leave Canada.
