I only have one truck key and I'm scared I'll lose it.
Where do you get a truck key cut at?

Canadian Tire?
I'm tired of being such a DA. Sad

You can get a 'normal' key cut at CT, Home Hardware or most other similar stores. If yours has that damn chip in it you would have to go to a dealership and pay a fortune for a copy. Not sure about the kind that have a remote attached as I can get a copy of my jeep key (15 yrs old) but hubby's ((8 yrs old) bloody key is some ridiculous amount at the dealers.

We have to have BOTH our keys to get one cut and can only get it done at a dealer. Sad If we lose one and haven't gotten a third cut yet, it gets to the ugly $ amounts.

Except for the Cobalt we leased for a few years hubby's car is the only vehicle we've owned that was actually from this 'century'. They've all been early 90's. My jeep is a '97 WooooHooooooo!! He wanted to have something around 'in case' he ever decided to go for a drive or needed something at the store (yeah, right).......so I spent three years paying off the loan for a '04 Grand Marquis that hasn't moved (literally) since last November......when I drove it to work while the jeep was getting stuff done at the garage. The bloody thing is so dead even the flashing alarm light is no longer working .....and all four tires are flat. Guess I don't have to worry about losing one of our two sets of pricey keys to it any time soon. Laughing
