PostSubject: Cat and Dog Cancer Fund   Sat 24 Oct 2009, 9:08 pm

Today while running some errands, I made stop by Petsmart to pick up a couple items. In the treat section, I came across Zukes Chicken flavoured mini treats. The treats are about the size of a pea, for my dog who I have to start watching her weight as she put on a couple pounds (so did I ... lol), I thought this would be a nice treat as it's grain free. I bought a decent sized bag and when I got home I gave my dog one treat to see how she liked it. It was a hit with her and will do nicely in agility and rally-o classes as a reward.

Back to the reason of this post. On the front of the treat bag I noticed that Zukes donates a portion of their proceeds to the Cat and Dog Cancer Fund in memory of the owner's dog Zuke. I didn't even know an organization like this even existed. Googled "Cat and Dog Cancer Fund" and this was what I found.

Is anyone familiar with this organization and what are your thoughts about it?
