What are your definitions of Quality of life.

When do you say no, and decide to put the animal down. Is their a money cap that should come with the decision?

Should rescues be governed? What laws should be inplace for rescues. We also see breeders laws ect.. but shouldn't rescues fall under the same rules and regulations?

Thoughts?
