| Amomma I'm so sorry. There's nothing wrong with 'not sharing' something like that. Some things are too personal and touch too deeply to be brought out with people who may or may not be sincerely caring.

| Sorry to hear of your loss Amomma. Friends of ours just lost their house to a fire and their 2 cats perished after saving the wife and I have not shared this with anyone but you all here. I guess we just do that to prevent having to listen to others minimize it... | |

| Steve actually heard some good news yesterday...Apparently the Farmer next door thinks he seen the cats in his field but they wouldn't go anywhere near him. There are a lot of strays in that area so I am keeping my fingers crossed that it is their cats and not just strays. The damn insurance says it will take 6 months before they can do anything. They got a trailer through their insurance to put on their property so they don't have to stay in a hotel and can keep their dogs with them. I feel bad for them...they lost pretty much everything, she was able to take a few things but by the time she woke up the fire was really thick and she had to get out. | |
