I have taken on too much it seems... I have a cake due for tomorrow at 10am... and I am on cake number 2 baking because the first one fell off the counter and onto the floor.... royally pissed about that. I will be up until 2 am getting it decorated the way I want it. I also decided to tweek the order so that its in the shape of the character instead of just piped on it. How the hell am I going to stay awake?

Kill me now. I just threw out the whole cake... fuck it, I'm getting a character pan and I'll cover it in fondant. I guess I get to start all fucking over again tomorrow at 9am. PS. Chocolate cake is not something you want to mold... its too soft of a cake.

Thanks guys. I charged $30 for that one.. but that was before I decided to beef it up and make a fondant cake.. otherwise I would have charged more.
