OMG im not shitting you, BUT I have that exact same mark on my hip! I looked it up and it directs me to ring worm.. But where in the world would I have gotten that? Its only that one spot... I just put cream on it, and clean it daily... Mine hasnt budged, doesnt itch, and not getting any bigger. No one else has this in the house....

Maybe a doctors visit would be good..lol

It does look like possibly ring worm. That's the only thing on Google images that I could find that looks close to that rash. If you have new work boots, could just be a rash from the boot rubbing against your foot. I would have a doctor check it out.
